The physical location provides 24 hour physical security, camera monitoring, power conditioning, and backup generators.  Remote disaster recovery and offsite backup is provided in a separate location.

The Sims Online , or TSO , was a massively multiplayer online game. It was based on The Sims , and offered online play with other gamers via PC. It was published by Electronic Arts and released on December 17, 2002 for Windows. After the popularity of the game waned, the name was changed to EA Land ; the change failed, and EA Land was permanently shut down by EA on August 1, 2008. [1] This shutdown is commonly referred to as the "EA Land Sunset".

In 2011, a new online based game known as The Sims Social was announced as a Facebook application and it is considered by some to be a new version of The Sims Online . In 2013, The Sims Social was shut down by EA due to lack of popularity.

The Sims Online is a massive online world built by thousands of players. Create your very own Sim and play as yourself or your alternate Sim persona. Be rich, powerful, popular, or famous. Explore neighborhoods, make friends, host events, or run a business. How you play is limited only by your imagination.

Overview [ ]

There were twelve cities for a Sim to choose. Players needed to train skills ( mechanical , cooking , charisma , body , creativity , and logic ) to unlock new interactions and careers . A player increased skills usually by visiting Skill category properties, as skill could be increased at a faster rate when multiple Sims worked on the same skill concurrently. These Skill properties, or "Skill Houses" as they were commonly referred to in the game, usually specialized in only one or two skills, as was often mentioned in the property's name.

Players have a 30 day free subscription of the game (90 days for Charter Edition), after that there is a monthly fee of USD 9.99. The monthly pricing remains the same after the change to EA Land .

In addition to the standard edition, a limited edition of The Sims Online was released known as The Sims Online Charter Edition . The Charter Edition include:

Controversy [ ]

There was some controversy in The Sims Online concerning some players who were setting up virtual brothels in the game, exchanging virtual WooHoo for Simoleons .

EA Land [ ]

After The Sims Online had been somewhat of a failure, EA changed the name from The Sims Online to EA Land in March 2007. They also implemented some other changes:

• All cities were merged into one megacity known as EA Land, with the exception of Test Center 3, which remained as a testing ground for new features.
• Existing users could buy land in EA Land.
• Users could create and upload custom content, and purchase custom content from other users, subject to approval from EA.

Further disappointment and lack of any new content to keep the users staying caused many users to quit. Eventually an official message was posted, ending EA Land permanently on August 1, 2008.

Revival [ ]

In October 2010, a small team of professional programmers revealed the TSO Restoration Project (dead link). They stated that they will be bringing back TSO free of charge through a private server. [2] However the project was officially cancelled on September 21, 2011 due to a cease and desist letter from EA. [3] The team has since forked into FreeSO , and Niotso , which are ongoing attempts to revive the game with new and completely separate engines from the original.

FreeSO has since incorporated most of the original game's features (like skills and jobs) while also introducing new content. Most notably, FreeSO introduced a true 3D mode that uses the game's existing objects to automatically generate textures and meshes. As of May 2019, the FreeSO project remains active and under ongoing development.

Turn Sim into a Vampire / Cure Vampire

Increase vampire rank, free vampire power points, vampire trait cheats, unlock vampire powers.

This cheat can be used two ways. You can do “ bucks.unlock_perk {perkname} true ” but it will not show up properly in your powers panel. The correct way requires you to use the full command, including getting your Sim’s ID using the sims.get_sim_id_by_name cheat. There are some constraints, for example if you have a sun weakness equipped, adding a sun resistance will not work.

Requirements

• The vampire rank required for the reward must be unlocked first.
• 40961 tells the game it’s a Vampire Power Perk.
• {targetsim} is the Sim ID of the sim you’d like to unlock the perk for.

Reset Vampire Powers

This requires a Sim ID, you can use the sims.get_sim_id_by_name {Firstname} {Lastname} cheat to get your Sim ID from your Sims. {simID} is the ID of the sim you want to reset.

  The Sims 4 Parenthood – Character Value Cheats

Use the Cheat Console by pressing CTRL+SHIFT+C. Input the cheat code testingcheats true first before entering the cheats below. Use these cheats to max out character values. If you want to decrease the values use -100 instead of 100.

  The Sims 4 Cats & Dogs – Perk Points Cheats for the Vet Clinic

Use the Cheat Console by pressing CTRL + SHIFT + C . Input the cheat codes into the text input field that appears at the top of the screen. Input the cheat code testingcheats true .

To see if the cheat worked you can hover over the basket icon in the Vet Perk list, it will tell you ‘You have already purchased this perk’ .

  The Sims 4 – Mermaid Cheats

How to install

Step 1 – Download the Tmex-AllCheats.ts4script (found on the bottom op the page) Step 2 – Place it in Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > Mods Step 3 – Enable mods in you game options (Gameplay options > Other, and check both the “Enable Mods” and ” Enable Script Mods” options) Step 4 – Restart your game (If the mod is loaded properly a popup will confirm it was loaded.) Step 5 – You can now use every cheat from this page!

  The Sims 4 – Moodlet & Emotion Cheats

Use the Cheat Console by pressing CTRL+SHIFT+C. Input the cheat code testingcheats true first before entering the cheats below. Change your Sims emotions with moodlet cheats. Every moodlet cheat gives +2. If you want a +1 moodlet you can replace High for Low. Example: Sims.add_buff EnergizedLow. The moodlet that lasts 12 hours is the special Cowplant buff/debuff . Some buffs only work if you remove other moodlets.

Symptom Cheats (Get To Work)

Every moodlet cheat gives a moodlet for 3 hours. If you want a 2 hour moodlet you can replace severe for mild. If you want to remove all buffs use: sims.remove_all_buffs

Is S4MP free to use?

S4MP is completely free to play on the public version via LAN, although, there is the early access Patreon version with online access and newer features that will eventually roll out for the public version as well.

Do I need an active Patreon subscription to continue using S4MP?

Not at all! You will be able to use the downloaded version of S4MP with its features, but it will become restricted to LAN only until renewal.

I became a Patron, where can I claim my Discord role?

Link your Discord in your Patreon settings and it will automatically give you the role.

Is S4MP cross-platform?

Yes! Crossplay is supported by S4MP between PC, Mac, and any game launchers.

Can we play by sharing the same game account?

You can, but only with EA & Origin! More than one can connect to the same account at a time, this will force you to be offline but still be able to play The Sims 4.

Can we play in different lots? And travel separately?

Unfortunately, you can’t due to Sims 4 limitations, you can only play in the same household and travel together even if the other sims are left at home.

Do all players require the same packs to play together?

If you want to experience the pack’s content, yes! You can also toggle the packs to your liking in S4MP’s launcher settings, so that everyone has the same content loaded, to prevent issues.

I’ve become a Patron, but I can’t access the Online tab.

You may still be using the public version, please manually download the latest early access version instead.

Where can I find my invite codes after becoming a Patron?

After manually downloading the early access launcher , log into it and access the settings tab to discover your invite codes and registration link.

Why am I getting a Host game failed error?

We usually discontinue the Online servers for older S4MP versions, so make sure that you’re up to date by using the latest version available.

Can we use other mods with S4MP?

Yes! Just make sure that all players have the exact same CC & Mods installed on their computers. Do keep in mind that not all scripted mods may be compatible with S4MP, causing other players unable to interact with objects or Sims.

How do we stop the game session?

We recommend that the host is the only one to save, then you can all exit.

Can I chat in-game with others?

You can CTRL + Shift + C to open the console and type chat <your message> , you won’t see the message being displayed but others will!

Why are we getting a black screen when traveling?

It’s quite a random issue that we haven’t found what triggers it yet, but there are some temporary fixes! – The host could try using “Save As…” instead of the quick “Save” to prevent it from happening, and also, try to avoid traveling from home to point A and then point B, C, etc. It’s best if you return home so that the mod copes up before going somewhere else.

My packs don’t seem to toggle properly, why is that?

Unfortunately, seems like this feature doesn’t fully work with EA’s new launcher. Please follow this guide to manually toggle your packs, then run your game manually instead of the Start Game button.

I’m unable to interact with objects or Sims, what’s happening?

This could be caused by S4MP not being fully allowed through your Firewalls, your VPNs not connecting properly, incompatible and/or missing mods on someone’s end.

Two Upcoming Sims 4 Kits Leak with Complete Previews

The two unnamed Sims 4 Kits just had their entire objects catalogue leaked online.

As we wait for the next Sims 4 Roadmap to get announced, a huge unintentional leak happened behind the scenes of the EA servers. Leaking the entire thumbnail catalogue of the two unnamed Kits for The Sims 4 that are yet to be released.

User @anadius has posted a preview of the two new Kits through object thumbnails, including their swatches too. It seems that this leak happened by accident when preparing the EA backend servers for The Gallery and user generated content that comes along with the new build kits. Showcasing these items prematurely.

For now, these Sims 4 Kits are titled under the codenames “SP52” and “SP53”. Still, you can check out their full preview below

The Sims 4 Kit #1 Leak

The first Sims 4 Kit that got leaked features vibrant and mozaic type of Pool Outdoor Furniture. Ranging from outdoor lounge chairs, umbrellas, colorful rocks all down to pool ladders and fountains.

The Sims 4 Kit #2 Leak

The second unnamed Sims 4 Kit is yet another Build Kit. This time seeming to focus more on Dining Room items.

It features new bar stools, a vintage-styled espresso machine, booths and other furniture that matches more traditional looking dining rooms.

Are you full of creative ideas? Then welcome to this thrilling simulator where you can create a world with unique Sims characters. You will write a life script of each of the heroes and live a cool life for them. What can be more thrilling than becoming the author of someone’s life scenario? If you are ready to build a virtual family and fill every day with cool events and adventures, open Sims to start it now!

Start a family!

There are two ways to start playing. You can choose a ready-made Sims family and interact with it. Or, you can opt for a more interesting approach – you can create your own characters. In this case, you will determine their appearances and other details. You have access to a whole variety of prototypes, so you can create personages with individual traits and life goals. Everyone will get a starting capital – use it to buy a house and furnish it with all essential things. A player can create a family with up to seven members.

These can be both children and adults. Your heroes will acquire a lot of features – you can give them names, state their dates of birth and much more. The possibilities are actually endless, and everything is limited only by your imagination. And of course, you will have to act within your budget – every family in Sims has a certain budget you can distribute on your own.

How to play?

The project combines several modes – Building, Shopping and Life. The first of these is devoted to house development. You will have to do everything from scratch – walls, doors, windows. Then you will work on the fence and can even add a water pool in your yard and plant some trees around. If you switch to the Shopping mode, you will be able to choose interior items and decorations for your home. There are a lot of things you heroes will need for happy living. You will need special in-game currency for efficient building and shopping.

Coins are called simelions here, and you can earn these in the Life mode which is considered to be the main game format. Once you play in the Life mode, you will control one or several characters and enable them to perform different actions. Every hero will need certain routine rituals – these will influence his level of happiness. Do not forget that if you do not keep it high enough, your characters may regress and even die! And, of course, make sure that each hero must earn money to afford a decent living in this virtual universe.

On May 22 at 3 p.m. EST, we invite you to tune into our Twitch channel for a very special The Sims 4 show, co-hosted by streamer and filmmaker Charlie McDonnell .

Our mission: Speedrun our Sim through the E-Sports Competitor career track, introduced in The Sims 4: Discover University expansion pack. The catch? You, the viewer, will have the ability to mess with our virtual lives.

Using Crowd Control mod integration , you’ll be able to reach out through the internet and break our Sim’s toilet, light a fire in the kitchen, or spawn ten unattended children in the computer room. You can also do nice things for us, like give us Simoleons or enhance our Sim’s stats — but that’s not as funny.

That’s not all, though! We’ll be extending the crowdsourced chaos into our studio with a series of audience-selected mystery meatspace challenges. We can’t tell you what those are, because it’s a mystery.

The magazine commemorates six decades of beauty, diversity and empowerment. Since 1964, Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue — or SI Swimsuit for short — has set the standard for celebrating the beauty of women from all walks of life, inspiring confidence and redefining beauty norms, its website states.
