Can I have my sign in a different size or font? Can I use my own logo or graphic design?

Yes, of course! You can either directly upload your design file on the custom section above or send us your specifications on the CONTACT page so that we can create a file for you. We can transform almost any font, business logo, and graphics into neon art.

What materials are the signs made with?

All Echo Neon signs are made with high quality PVC, high optical acrylic and energy efficient LED modules. Our LED neon signs are child-safe and eco-friendly.

Do I need a mounting kit?

If you would like to wall mount your new neon sign, you’ll need the FREE screw kit or 3M command strips that come with your sign. Additionally, you can also choose from the following items to help you hang your sign: • Standoff screws • Hanging chains • Fishing wires (Heavy-duty wire recommended with a fisherman knot/s)

I need my custom neon sign in a smaller size. Why is there a minimum size limitation?

For every design and every font, there is a respective minimum size due to the bending radii of the LED tubes and the placement of the LED strips inside. The minimum size for your design is calculated automatically by the custom neon sign smart generator. To ensure the brightness and shipping safety, there are maximum sizes for some of the signs as well. Oversized designs might be split into multiple parts, but will still flow together after being installed.

Is it easy for self-installation?

Our neon signs are specially designed to make the installation as intuitive as possible. All custom neon signs are pre-assembled, pre-wired and ready to use. Every sign we create comes with acrylic backboards which are laser cut to the exact shape of its respective letter. This includes pre-drilled eyelets that make hanging/mounting it on a wall or other surface simple.

How long do production and shipping take?

Pricing of neon signs varies greatly and mainly depends on the size of the sign, the complexity of the design, and any additional features wanted on the sign (like multiple colors, cursive fonts, and if it is an outdoor signs). These 3 factors are the main elements in the price of a neon sign.

Our team of professional designers provides custom-designed concept drawings, technical drawings, and a free quote. Talk with our team about your project.

Once a design is finalized, and the custom quote is paid then it takes us 1-3 days to create the neon sign and 5-6 days Express Post of the sign.

Most customers have their order within 7-9 days.

We supply everything you will need to mount or hang the sign, and all power supplies and plugs.

All you will need to do is plug your new neon sign into the wall outlet.

It helps to have a current design or logo, but you don’t need to.  If you have an idea of what you want we can work with you to design and make a custom neon sign for you.

For personalized neon signs, if you have special requests, or requirements then we can create a custom designed order for you.

All of our custom neon lights & signs come with a 2 year guaranteed warranty.

Most neon signs will offer 50,000 to 100,000 light hours of use, which is around 20 years of normal use.

We use an acrylic backboard which forms the base for the sign, then we securely glue LED neon flex (which are LED lights in a plastic strip) to the backboard, then we connect all of the electrical wiring to a a step-down power supply which supplies the 12 volts of electricity the neon sign needs.

We take your input of mounting option and create a simple install guide, based on the shape of the sign, and your requirements. This is the basic construction of modern neon light signs. The only additional element is the inclusion of a remote control, which allows dimming and controlling the brightness of the sign.

Write the text you want to feature on your sign. Bold words and statements work well in neon. Feel free to let your imagination run wild!

Choose a font and a color

Choose the font and color you like. If you want a custom font, fill out this form. We offer 16 colors, some of which have an option between a white and a colored tube when the sign is off.

Adjust the size

You can increase the size from the base size, which is the minimum size that is possible for the selected font. The text creator app will update the dimensions as you build your sign. We recommend using a tape measure to make sure the size is right for you. The visual preview is not in real scale.

Choose a backboard shape

You can choose between three shapes for the transparent acrylic backboard. Cut-to-letter is the most unnoticeable. Cut-to-shape follows the outline of the sign, while the square-cut is a rectangle.

Add optional extras

You can choose to add a remote controller or adhesive strips to your order. The adhesive strips are recommended if you don't want to drill in to your wall to hang your new neon.

Choose if you want a mock-up

You can request a high quality preview of your final design. If you choose this option, we will send you a high quality mock-up of your sign that illustrates the shape and scale of your design. You must order the sign to get the mock-up, but you will not be charged until you accept the design.

Yes. Just add adhesive strips to your order and you'll be able to place your sign on any smooth surface without causing damage or marks. Be sure to follow the instructions we send you to make sure your set-up will go smoothly.

Adapter Included

Your new LED neon comes with a 4.9 ft transparent cord which plugs into a certified adapter (if you need an adapter for another country, ask when checking out). The adapter has an additional 3-6 ft of cable that plugs into the socket.

Worldwide Shipping

Standard orders take 3-5 weeks*, including production and shipping. 'Rush' orders take 2-3 weeks*, including production and shipping to addresses in the USA and Canada. Please choose the 'Rush My Order' option at checkout, and let us know the date by which you need your sign to arrive.

Our Design Service

We are happy to offer a free design service to our customers, providing one or more designs for your approval, at no extra charge. If you have a change of mind and wish to amend or cancel your order before the sign goes into production we will happily offer a partial or full refund. Once a custom sign order is approved and has gone into production we are no longer able to offer a refund. Please note that a custom sign is automatically approved if "YES" is selected when ordering.

What Neon Light Colors Can I Choose?

We have a total of 18 colors to choose from. Eight of these are white when the sign is turned off and colored when the sign is switched on. The remaining ten colors come with a colored tube, so the sign shows its color even when it's turned off.

We can also offer a color change option for certain types of signs. Please request a specific quote for this.

How Big Can My Custom-made Neon Be?

Our LED Neon is available in 8/9/10mm thickness, and the minimum letter height is approximately 3-4 inches for simple/non-cursive fonts and 4-5 inches for cursive fonts.

If your custom order is for a sign larger than 7ft 8in by 3ft 11in it will be made on two or more backboards that can be easily arranged together. Doing this keeps the signs safer during shipping and allows us to deliver the best possible price for you.

What are the Backboard Options?

Custom Neon signs are mounted on a clear, acrylic backboard. We offer two standard backing options at no extra cost.

• For script/cursive fonts - we recommend the cut around / contoured acrylic backing.
• For simple/block fonts - we recommend the rectangle acrylic backing.

We also offer a cut-to-letter acrylic backboard option, as well as acrylic stands and boxes. The cost for these options is shown on the tool.

Backboard options include clear, black, white, colored, mirrored, glitter and more. If you would like a backboard that is not listed above please contact us for a quote.
